To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of receiving your order

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are:

If your return is approved:

  • A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • We will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
